If the DOP sensor cover is not inserted correctly, then the sensor will trigger for DOP error, please follow the below troubleshooting steps prior to contacting the Customer Care team.
1) Open the front bottom vented cover.
2) Unlock 2 Latch and Remove the condenser cover.
3) Reinstall this cover and secure the latch. If the DOP sensor cover is not inserted correctly, then the sensor will trigger for DOP error.
