If you are seeing error code ErS (may appear as E5 or Er5) or DOP coming up on your heat pump dryer (361301 or 361302) this is in relation to an incorrect operation selection rather than an issue with the machine itself. Please refer to the below guide outlining more detail, if your machine appears to be stuck on this please turn the dial to the off position and pull the plug out of the wall to simulate a power cut - after 10 seconds plug the machine back in and this should clear the system!
