• Can you hear the compressor going in the freezer or is there no sound at all?
• Can you please turn the unit off and back on, when you turn it back on is there any clicking sound?
• Please try turning the thermostat all the way up to the highest temperature, leave it for a little while and then turn it back down to freezing, this can reset the unit.

If this does not begin cooling again, please complete the Warranty Form and include the troubleshooting above & a photo of the serial number sticker.
