Oven not working after power cut
If your oven isn’t working after a power cut please check the following before contacting our support team, this is usually a very simple fix!
- Reboot the circuit breaker in your house; this can be done by turning it off for one minute and turning it back on.
- Check the fuses in your house have not blown (you may need a multi-meter for this)
- If there is power to the oven but you cannot operate it, please ensure the clock is set and child/demo mode’s are not activated
