By design, all-in-one washer/dryers do take longer to dry clothes than a traditional standalone dryer, this is due to the fact that the drum size of the machine is that of a large washing machine, dryer ones are usually much smaller. This means that the machine has a larger space to heat up and extract water from hence the capacity difference (10kg for washing and 6kg for drying).
We recommend splitting the load into two when drying in order to get better results, especially if you are doing a full load. For smaller loads of washing (aprox 1kg) you can use the one hour quick cycle.
