Please ensure you have checked the below troubleshooting prior to completing a warranty form:

1. Is the cooktop turned on at the wall?
2. Check that the fuse has not popped in the main circuit board.

3. Check there is not a power outage in your area.

4. Reset the cooktop by turning it off at the wall for a minimum of 1 hour.

If the same issue still occurs please complete our Warranty Form.
