Inspecting Your Delivery

  • Please inspect items before signing the delivery note.

  • If your order is not in perfect condition, do not sign as “good condition.” Instead, sign the note as “damaged” and refuse the delivery.



Important:

  • Signing for an item as “received in good condition” may reduce your ability to claim a free replacement for transport damage.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to lodge a replacement request.

  • After 7 days, we may still be able to help, but further details may be required.

  • Trade Depot Delivery Service: Our driver can arrange a return or replacement on the spot if damage is identified.

  • Partner Carriers: If delivered by a partner, please note the damage on the proof of delivery, then contact us to lodge your claim.
