If you have received an item with damage, please review out below guidelines and how we can assist:
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect items before signing the delivery note.
If your order is not in perfect condition, do not sign as “good condition.” Instead, sign the note as “damaged” and refuse the delivery.
Important:
Signing for an item as “received in good condition” may reduce your ability to claim a free replacement for transport damage.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to lodge a replacement request.
After 7 days, we may still be able to help, but further details may be required.
Trade Depot Delivery Service: Our driver can arrange a return or replacement on the spot if damage is identified.
- Partner Carriers: If delivered by a partner, please note the damage on the proof of delivery, then contact us to lodge your claim.
Lodging a Replacement Claim:
To lodge your replacement claim, please Chat with Us - ensure you have photos of the damage and packaging on hand.
