1. To activate the heater, the OFF/ON activation rocker switch on the left side must be turned to the ON position. (This switch can be safely left in the ON position if the unit is frequently used).

2. Push against the lower third of the handle and the first (standby) blue light will flash. Push again and the second light will also show – the heater will then be on the Low setting.

3. By pushing the handle again, the Medium heat setting is selected and by pushing again, the High setting is selected.

4. To reselect a lower setting, push the handle, and the heater will run again through the heat sequence with the lights indicating the setting levels selected.

5. To turn OFF the heat at any time, press the handle backwards and HOLD for 2 seconds. The unit will then return to standby mode.
