- Unscrew the three screws
2. Pull the back panel outwards
3. Lift and slide the bottom panel
4. Remove battery and insert new one making sure the black foam is at the top and the circuit board is facing the inside of the vacuum
5. Work in reverse to close, slide bottom panel until click
6. Angle the tabs under the bottom panel and click into place
7. Affix all three screws
