If your washing machine isn't draining or you have an error code which relates to a drainage issue please attempt all of the below before contacting our customer services team.
Please clean out the drain filter as shown in the user manual for your machine (example below)
Ensure that the drain hose has no kinks in it and has been installed as per the installation instructions from the user manual as well as making sure there are no blockages in the hose
Please note: Warranties do not cover maintenance, installation or user errors as per our Warranty T's & C's, fee's will be on-charged.
