If the seat cover/ring is not opening properly or closes after a few seconds/doesn't stay open, please follow the below steps:
1. First, open the cover.
2. Press both “Drying” and “Bidet” button in the middle till the screen flashing.
3. Raise the cover and seat ring. Push both cover and seat ring back a little, at the same time press “stop” button of the remote control.
