Often issues with the spray arms can be easily remedied without a technician needing to come and have a look which can lead to costs if this is not a product error.

Please check the below:
  • Try and turn the spray arm manually and see if it is moving, if it isn't check and see if the little cable tie placed around it for transport has been removed.
  • Check the holes in the spray arm to make sure that it isn't clogged or blocked with anything.
  • There should be a pipe that runs from the bottom of the dishwasher up to the top rack where it connects with the spray arm, can you please check if this has come unclipped.
