• This may have been caused by adding water manually. Washing machines use sensors and add water according to the load. Do not add extra water manually as this causes the clothes to lift off the washing drum
• Do not add the dispenser once the cycle has already started. Do this before starting a program.
• Don’t overload the washing machine
• Separate your dark and light colors to avoid staining
