If there is no water supply to your washing machine,
- Ensure the water tap is fully open
- Check if you have water supply in other taps or after pressing pause
- Ensure there are no bends in your water hose
- Check for any debris in the water inlet hose
- Make sure the door/lid is properly closed and the start button has been pressed
